Blueberry Milk Nails are The Hottest Trend of The Summer

TikTok has done it again! There's a new nail trend in town, and it's taking over the internet.

The newest nail trend to emerge from the popular social media platform is taking over this summer. Named the “blueberry milk trend,” the look is a baby blue shade applied over a pearlescent or white base. The look is perfect for any occasion and can be worn by itself or as an accent nail. What’s more, it works well with most skin tones. 

Blueberry milk nails are a natural development from a few other trends. It began with milk bath nails (a sheer pinkish white), which led to chocolate milk, then strawberry milk. It’s not surprising that blue is up next as pastels have heavily carried over from spring to summer. 

The look has already been seen on many celebrities from pop stars like Dua Lipa and Sabrina Carpenter to “it girls,” like Sofia Richie. The nice part about this chic trend is it is super easy to achieve in-salon or at-home and doesn't require any special tools or products. 

If you're not sure how to do this look yourself, here's how:

Step 1: Apply two coats of a white base. We recommend using our “Frenchie Gel Polish.”  on clean nails for an even application.

Step 2: Once dried, apply a sheer layer of a sheer coat of our “Breathtaking Gel Polish” over the coat of white. The results will be a trendy, soft blue shade.
