RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
If you are not completely satisfied with your unopened items, we will happily accept a return within 15 days of receipt in exchange for BarBella Co store credit or gift card. Due to the nature of the product and Covid-19 all items must be new, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
Please note: If an open or used item is returned NO REFUND will be granted.
- Visit BarBellaco.com and look up your items with your order number and email address
- Select which products you'd like to return then follow the instructions to submit a return request. Please allow 1-2 business days for your return to be approved.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive an email with instructions on how and where to send your return. Products must arrive in new condition, unopened and with no signs of use in order to be accepted.
- Ship your items to the address provided in an email once your return request is approved. Please note, you are responsible for shipping the item back to us. For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Your refund will be issued in the form of BarBella Co. store credit or a gift card.
- Please expect 10 business days for your order to be processed, once we receive it. During peak season, allow extra processing time due to higher than normal volumes. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your return is completed.
Please Note: Any original shipping fees or return shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error was made on our part. In the rare event that you do receive an imperfect item, please contact us at your earliest convenience by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org. In such an event, we prefer to remedy on a case-to-case basis to ensure the best customer service and overall satisfaction.
With limited exceptions, all returns are refunded via store credit or a gift card and will be available within 15 business days from the day we receive your return package. BarBella Co. will process the refund and issue store credit or a gift card. Shipping will be covered by customer
All sale, discounted or bundled items are considered Final Sale and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit.
Health and sanitation are one of our priotrities therefore, we are unable to accommodate exchanges for purchases made on BarBellaCo.com. If you would like to return a new and unused item, please visit www.BarBellaCo. Store credit or a gift card will be issued when we receive your items and you will then be able to use your store credit or gift card to place another order.
Quality and affordable products are what we adore. BarBella Co. has a quality assurance team that inspects and takes a picture of each order before departing our facility. Although we don’t anticipate any damage that occurs during processing, things sometimes happen during transit. If you notice any issues with your order upon its arrival, please fill out our return and include a picture of your entire order, as well as the damaged/defective items and a brief description of the issue so that we can further assist you!
