How to start a return or exchange
Email us at info@barbellaco.com or use our contact form within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and, if something arrived damaged or wrong, a photo. We'll reply within 1 to 2 business days with return instructions and an address.
Our 30-day return window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return, exchange, or refund. Requests made after 30 days can't be accepted.
What we can accept
Unopened, unused items in their original sealed packaging.
What we can't accept
Opened or used items. We know, we know. But hygiene isn't negotiable when it comes to what touches your nails and skin. Once a seal is broken, that product isn't going back into circulation. This one's for your safety, not our convenience.
Also final sale: digital downloads (practice sheets, planners, workbooks), gift cards, and clearance items. Digital products are delivered instantly and can't be returned.
Damaged or incorrect items
Sometimes shipping gets rough. If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item or quantity, take a photo and contact us within 30 days of delivery.
We'll make it right at no cost to you. We cover return shipping; there's no fee, and in many cases we won't need the item back at all. Just the photo.
Return shipping and fees
- Exchanges: free. No return processing fee.
- Store credit: free. No return processing fee, and we'll add a little extra to your credit for the trouble.
- Refund to original payment method: cost of return shipping is paid by the customer.
- Damaged, defective, or our mistake: free. We pay everything.
Original shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we process it within 2 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. You'll get an email confirming the status either way.
